The other day I
came across this fantastic though… If you cannot laugh at the same level when
you hear that joke over and over again, why do you choose to howl on that
bitter past experience over and over again??
This doesn’t just
happen in children. Did you ever notice how when some people get sick or
injured, they will practically brag about it?
The desire for
external validation and the internal lack of self-esteem is a serious one-two
punch knocking down our happiness levels.
This propels me
further to ask you a question.
What is the
difference between a normal boxer and a fighter boxer??
Yes… u probably
guessed it right. Before the referee announces the final count 1, 2…..10 the
boxer that is down ‘chooses’ to hold his spirits and get up once again.
Well, it is
possible to ‘choose’ to remain unruffled. We all have beliefs about ourselves
that require some form of validation for us to convince ourselves that these
beliefs are true.
It feels much
better to actually enjoy your life than it does to talk about how much you
don’t.
Simply put…
hear this and repeat with me… I WAS ALWAYS SEARCHING FOR MAGIC UNTIL I
DISCOVERED…I WAS THE MAGICCCCC!!!
